European Day of Languages 2023

Celebrate this year’s European Day of Languages with us at the National Garden in Athens!

For the 11th consecutive year, the educational and cultural institutions and embassies from twelve member countries of EUNIC Athens offer the visitors the opportunity to take part in a multilingual festival, join educational workshops for children, interact with the organisers and receive a range of gifts.

This year’s celebrations will focus on the theme of ‘Children’s rights’, highlighting the role of language and culture as a means to cultivate and promote positive attitudes towards co-operation, participation and multicultural appreciation, as well as important factors that can contribute to and strengthen peace and communication between countries and peoples.

Saturday 23 September 2023, 10:00 to 15:00, at the National Garden in Athens (next to the Children’s Library).
