Archaeology in Greece: Bachelor level course (7.5 ECTS)

The course is an introduction to the archeology of Greece for students in the field of Humanities. It provides a basic understanding of the archeology of ancient Greece, and it includes the study of archaeological material, excavation sites, monuments, and museum collections from different time periods. The special theme for this year’s spring course is Greek prehistory. The course is taught in Stockholm and Athens, with excursions to various important archaeological sites in Greece.
