All welcome to the workshop

Spatial approaches to Greek and Cypriot landscapes.

This workshop problematises spatial approaches and their application in the archaeology of ancient Greek and Cypriot landscapes from prehistory to antiquity. By bringing together researchers, this workshop seeks to explore the transformative potential of spatial approaches to understanding the historical, cultural, and environmental aspects of ancient landscapes. The workshop provides a platform for participants to exchange knowledge and engage in collaborative discussions on traditional, new, and experimental methods and techniques.

The workshop takes place as a hybrid event, January 25, 2024, 15.00–19.00 (Athens time), physically at the Swedish Institute at Athens and digitally on Zoom. For further information, contact chrnutt@arch.uoa.gr
