Στα πλαίσια των παγκόσμιων εκδηλώσεων για τα 100 χρόνια από τη γέννηση του μεγάλου δημιουργού Ίνγκμαρ Μπέργκμαν (1918 – 2018) το Σουηδικό Ινστιτούτο Αθηνών σε συνεργασία με τον κινηματογράφο ΑΣΤΟΡ και τον κινηματογράφο ΑΝΔΟΡΑ, το Σουηδικό Ινστιτούτο Κινηματογράφου (SFI), το Σουηδικό Ινστιτούτο (SI) και την Πρεσβεία της Σουηδίας, διοργανώνουν ένα αφιέρωμα προβολών των σημαντικότερων ταινιών του.

The Swedish Institute and the Swedish School at Athens participated in the Multilingual Festival for the celebration of the European Day of Languages, that was held on the Ground Floor of the National Library of Greece, at Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Cente, Athens, Saturday 23 September 2017, 10.00 to 15.00.
The Swedish Institute at Athens has invited the jazz band Andreas Hourdakis Trio to perform at the:
- 17th Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival on Friday, May 26, at 21.00 hours and
- 15th Preveza Jazz Festival on Saturday, May 27
Furthermore, the Andreas Hourdakis Trio will give a master class and a concert for the students of the department of Music Studies at Ionian University

Welcome to an evening of discussions around Jens Lapidus’ book Sthlm delete, translated into Greek.
Swedish-Greek award-winning film director Nicolas Kolovos, accompanied by the Swedish creative producer Olle Wirenhed will visit Athens for a series of master classes and exiting events. They will talk about their work and about today’s film industry with specific focus on co-productions between Sweden and Greece, as well as between Sweden and other European countries. This is a great opportunity to see clips of their work and some of their short films, among others “FIG”, which have won several international film awards.
